When does my subscription start?
Subscriptions open in October 2025. If you sign up then, you’ll begin receiving boxes right away — you don’t have to wait until January.
What’s in the early (October–December) boxes?
These pre-season boxes feature certified organic herbs, extracts, and salves grown and crafted at Meeting House Farm. They are seasonal selections from our harvest, but they don’t yet follow the Grow Your Own Apothecary Calendar.
When does the subscription align with the calendar?
Starting in January 2026, your monthly box will move in sync with the Grow Your Own Apothecary Calendar, featuring the herb of the month in dried, extract, and oil/salve form.
If I join in January 2026, do I miss out on the early boxes?
Yes — the bonus October–December boxes are only for those who pre-order starting in fall 2025. If you join later, your subscription will begin with the January 2026 calendar cycle.
How many subscriptions are available?
We are offering only 50 subscriptions each month. Once those are reserved, the subscription will be full.
What is included in each box?
Every month you’ll receive:

All products are certified organic and grown/extracted at Meeting House Farm.
How much does it cost?
You have several options depending on whether you’d like the Grow Your Own Apothecary Calendar with your subscription or just the box itself:

Calendar + Monthly Subscription

First payment: $73 (includes $28 for the Calendar + $45 for your first Apothecary Box).

Then: $45/month starting in January 2026 (shipping included).

The first payment is charged now (your first box will arrive in January), and monthly payments are frozen on a rolling basis until the full year is completed. After 12 months are paid, no further payments will be due — your year is already covered.

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but note that the first month includes the Calendar and is non-refundable once shipped.
