Description of Services

This role owns the recruitment of new farms into the Meeting House Collaborative. It is a commission-only position: compensation is earned entirely through farms successfully recruited and onboarded.

Farm Recruitment and Outreach

• Own and lead recruitment of farms aligned with the values and standards of Meeting House
  Build and cultivate relationships with prospective farm partners
• Clearly communicate the vision, expectations, and opportunities of participation
• Guide prospective farms through the decision-making process to join the Collaborative
• Maintain a consistent and proactive outreach rhythm to support growth goals

Handoff to Collaborative Coordinator

• Clearly and promptly transition each signed farm to the Collaborative Coordinator for onboarding
• Provide the Collaborative Coordinator with the context needed for a smooth handoff
• Do not take on ongoing onboarding, support, or relationship management once a farm signs

Communication and Reporting

• Provide regular updates on outreach activity and pipeline status
• Track and report on prospective farm engagement and conversion
• Communicate opportunities, risks, and emerging patterns clearly and in a timely manner
