Nurture Program (for Single Origin Growers)
We offer three Levels of Support to our growers – this is our nurture program
As a “Single Origin Grower,” your farm name is included on our Meeting House Farm labels, and we ensure that each bag of herbs only includes those grown at your farm. Thereby allowing our customers to buy herbs grown within a known geographic location.
Our goal is to nurture our Single Origin Growers, offering you our fullest marketing and administrative support.
Are you interested in becoming a Single Origin Grower for Meeting House Farm? Here’s what to expect:
The Nurture Program for Single Origin Growers
- When a bag of herbs is sold, growers receive a payout of 60% of the sales price of the herbs (bagging costs are not included in the payout).
- Payouts occur every 30 days (via check or direct deposit).
- Your herbs will always be labeled with your farm name in our online store, as transparency is one of our top values.
- The bags that people receive will be labeled with your farm name, under our branding.
What are the perks of joining the Collaborative?
- We strive to meet as a collaborative regularly to build community, share farming tips, seeds, wisdom, and go in on bulk supply orders together.
- Your herbs will have the opportunity to be sold in our online store at meetinghouse.farm.
- We offer to feature you in our marketing campaigns (including our website, social media, and emails). We respect your level of comfort around that, and your story can be as anonymous or intimate as you are comfortable with.
- New farms get an initial farm visit and consultation with Emily, including what to grow on your land, dry room set-up suggestions, and production reviews.
- All farms get up to three 30-minute phone consultations with Emily.
