From hives nestled among our herb beds, our honey captures the true spirit of the farm.
Our bees roam freely through fields of organic medicinal herbs—Chamomile, Calendula, Tulsi, Lemon Balm, and wildflowers—gathering nectar from the same plants we grow for healing.

Each harvest tells its own seasonal story:

• Spring Honey – Light, floral, and delicately sweet, drawn from early blossoms and orchard blooms.

• Autumn Honey – Deep amber and full-bodied, with earthy undertones from the Japanese knotweed our bees love in late season.

Raw and unfiltered, this honey retains all of its natural enzymes, pollens, and vitality. It’s a pure reflection of the land we care for and the plants that sustain both bees and people.
