Island Farm in Mohegan, Maine
Angela Iannicelli began growing herbs to sell to an “off island” community in 2022. She hopes to focus mainly on Calendula & Comfrey for Meeting House Farm.
“We use as many local resources for feeding and mulching the soil as possible (local grass for hay, food scraps from local restaurants for compost, seaweed off the beach). We never use any sprays, insecticides, or pesticides.”
