Anise Hyssop is a bright and aromatic member of the mint family, known for its soft purple flowers and naturally sweet, licorice-like scent. Harvested at peak bloom, the aerial parts are gathered when the plant’s volatile oils and flavor are most vibrant.

Our Anise Hyssop is grown regeneratively, following organic standards, by Power Farm Herbals in Falmouth, Maine. Plants are dried immediately after harvest in an on-farm drying facility to preserve aroma, potency, and overall plant integrity.
