Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis)

Hyssop is a classic garden herb with a strong aromatic presence, valued for its upright growth and deep blue flowers. Harvested at peak vitality, the aerial parts are gathered when the plant’s volatile oils are most concentrated and expressive.

Our Hyssop is grown regeneratively, following organic standards, by Power Farm Herbals in Falmouth, Maine. Plants are dried immediately after harvest in an on farm drying facility to preserve aroma, potency, and overall plant integrity.

Hyssop is typically harvested in mid to late summer, when the plants are in full bloom.
