Oregon Osha Honey

Oregon Osha root (Ligusticum Grayi) & raw Oregon Wildflower Honey (Pesticide-free). 

This product contains no alcohol or other preservatives - just honey.

These roots were harvested with loving hands and prayerful intentions atop the Oregon Cascade Mountains. A replanted top was made for each root dug to restore the medicinal landscape of the meadows where this potent plant grows, for all the generations to come.

The roots are cleaned and then extracted into the raw honey over a period of many weeks. Once thoroughly extracted, the root pieces are strained out, and we filter the honey. And its a simple as that - our honey is ready for use, rich in osha's potent constituents.

You'll notice it is a little more runny than regular honey - that's because it is infused with some of the water that was inside of the fresh osha roots, holding the magic within. Make sure to stir up your jar every once  in a while to keep it consistent throughout. Because honey is one of the best preservatives on earth, this product will not really go bad, even without refrigeration. However we're sure you'll want to eat it all up pretty quick. Keep it in a cool space, out of direct sun to ensure it stays just as strong as it started out.  

Our favorite ways to use it are adding on top of toast with an oil and cinnamon dust, on yogurt, in lemonade or other drinks, great in hot tea of course, drizzle over pancakes, as an ingredient in your lung syrup, or even mixed into your other tinctures. There are an endless amount of ways to use this honey. Only 1/2 teaspoon is enough for most people at a time, giving you exceptional value for every bottle you purchase. 

May be used as needed, but sparingly is usually enough of this powerful product.
