Grown regeneratively, following organic standards, by one of the Meeting House Farm Collaborative Farms.
Plants are dried immediately after harvest in an on-farm drying facility to maximize potency and preserve quality.
We typically harvest Feverfew from June through October.
In the Apothecary:
Preparations: extract of fresh leaf and flower; dried infusion.
Uses: Nervous system support.
Energetics: Cooling
Tastes: bitter
Herbal Action: nervine, specific for headache, anti-inflammatory, carminative, emmenagogue

An extract of Feverfew applied topically relieves the itching from insect bites.
