Dried oats are dried immediately after harvest in the on-farm drying facility to maximize potency and preserve quality.
Fresh Oats are available in season and usually ship out around July 4. Please note that if you order Fresh Milky Oats you MUST be home to receive them. We ship 2 day from Machias Maine with ice packs. Oats left sitting in your mailbox will sour. We will notify you via email the day they ship with a tracking number. Plan to make an extract or freeze your oats immediately upon arrival.
